For many years companies have 'loaned' out their employees to the United Way of Benton and Franklin Counties to assist with our fundraising efforts.  Working on-site or out of their own office for a four-month period. loaned executives provide leadership, sales and teamwork skills to help workplace campaign coordinators run successful United Way campaigns.  They are a driving force behind United Way of Benton and Franklin Counties' record-breaking campaign results.
