Community Health & Human Services Forum

This annual half-day forum features community leaders and subject matter experts who provide reports on four priority areas: education, health, safety, and self-sufficiency. Presentations will include up-to-date information, challenges faces, and suggestions for further growth and forward success.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with continental breakfast and networking. Welcome will begin at 7:50 a.m. Program topics and presenters include:

Keynote Speaker: Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson

STEM Education: Megan Nelson, STEM Initiatives

Vocational Education: Paul Randall, Tri-Tech Skills Center

Suicide Prevention: Kristi Haynes, Youth Suicide Prevention Program

Substance Abuse: Dr. Amy Person, Benton-Franklin Health District

Distracted Driving: Sgt. Ken Lattin, Kennewick Police Department
